Block Listing Six Monthly Return
The Company makes the following notification as required by Schedule Six of the AIM Rules, pursuant to a block listing admission on 1 December 2006 of up to 2,986,667 ordinary shares of no par value which may be allotted and issued in due course in relation to the vesting of options granted on 1 December 2005, 6 February 2006, 1 March 2006 and 22 March 2006. Such ordinary shares have also been issued in relation to the vesting of options issued on 21 June 2006 and 11 October 2006.
