Notice of AGM and Q1 2009 Key Performance Indicators
Playtech (AIM: PTEC), the international designer, developer and licensor of software to the online, mobile and land-based gaming industry, states that it will announce Key Performance Indicators for the quarter ended 31 March 2009 on Wednesday 13 May 2009.
The Company also confirms that it has sent to shareholders a notice convening the Annual General Meeting of the Company, to be held on the same date at the Sefton Hotel, Harris Promenade, Douglas, Isle of Man, IM1 2RW, at 11.00am. The Company will issue a trading update at 7.00am on 13 May 2009 which will also detail the Chairman's intended statement to the AGM.
Mor Weizer, Chief Executive Officer, and Shuki Barak, Chief Financial Officer, will be hosting an analyst conference call at 9.30am (BST) on Wednesday 13 May 2009.
