William Hill transaction completion and Directorate change
Playtech (AIM: PTEC), the international designer, developer and licensor of software for the online, mobile and land-based gaming industry, is pleased to announce that it has completed the transaction with William Hill, as previously announced on 20 October, 2008.
Following the above completion Avigur Zmora will step down from his role as a Director of the Company with immediate effect, having steered the William Hill transaction through its completion process. Mr. Zmora will remain as a consultant to the Company and the board is grateful to him for all his past contributions and his continued commitment to the business.
Playtech will provide further information to investors in its normal pre-close trading statement on 22 January 2009.
