Director's shareholding
Playtech (AIM: PTEC), the international designer, developer and licensor of software for the online, mobile and land-based gaming industry, announces that on 31 December 2008, Shuki Barak, a Director of the Company, was granted 200,000 options over Playtech Limited ordinary shares at an exercise price of 317.25p per share.
The shares will vest in tranches of 50,000 on each of 31 December 2009, 2010, 2011 and 2012.
