Senior Management Appointment
Playtech, (AIM:PTEC) the international designer, developer and licensor of software for the online, mobile and land-based gaming industry, is pleased to announce that it has appointed Ross Hawley to the newly created post of Head of Investor Relations.
Ross will work closely with Playtech's Executive management and external investor and analyst audiences to promote Playtech's strong investment case. He has broad experience across investor relations, corporate finance and business development having worked both as an in-house adviser and within the investment banking industry.
Most recently, Ross spent over 10 years at the FTSE100 hedge fund manager, Man Group plc, working on a wide range of corporate transactions and maintaining relationships ranging from investors and affiliated hedge fund managers through to banking, legal & accounting advisers.
Previously, Ross spent a number of years in investment banking, working principally on capital raisings across Europe and the emerging markets.
